The dashboards section isn’t showing
Your role doesn’t have “View dashboards”, or the feature isn’t turned on.
Dashboard access levels and role permissions, and contact support to turn it on.
“This dashboard isn’t available”
It was deleted, it wasn’t shared with you, or your share was removed. The message is the same on purpose.
Ask the dashboard’s owner to share it with you.
“Your access level isn’t enough”
You have view access and are trying to edit.
Ask the owner for edit access.
“Your role doesn’t allow this”
You’re missing the create, export or HTML permission.
A widget says “No access to …”
Your level on the unit is “Denied”.
“Couldn’t refresh” / an error in a widget
The calculation timed out or failed.
Try again, or narrow the date range.
“The field … was removed or changed.”
A field the widget uses.
Edit widget.
“Someone else changed this dashboard”
A teammate saved before you.
Reload and apply your change.
“You’ve reached the maximum” (dashboards, widgets, shares, favorites, pins, templates)
You reached the workspace’s limit.
“This configuration isn’t valid.”
A field that isn’t a number, a count with a field, or a limit passed.
“No longer supported — remove or replace.”
An old type.
Replace it with a current type.
“Invalid layout”
A widget is smaller than its minimum size.
“Invalid date range” / “Pick a range of … days or fewer.”
A wrong date, or a range longer than the limit.
“One of the active filters is outside what you can see.”
Your level doesn’t allow filtering by this group.
Choose your own groups.
“Reference no longer exists”
An owner, group, option or channel was deleted.
Remove it from the filters or the widget.
“This member, group or role could not be found.” / “The owner already has full access.”
A sharing error.
“Share with everyone?” when sharing with everyone
Protection against sharing by mistake.
Confirm after you see the count.
A member can’t be chosen for a transfer
They’re inactive, or don’t have the view permission.
“Ask … to add it to a folder.” / “Folder not found”
Your role, or the folder.
“This slot needs a value.” / “This binding is not valid.”
A problem installing the template.
“Viewing details isn’t supported”
The widget type.
Export CSV isn’t in the menu / “Export not allowed”
The widget type, or the export permission on the unit.
“Too many exports running — retry in … s” / “Exports are temporarily unavailable”
The queue.
Wait and try again.
“Try again in a moment”
You passed the per-minute or simultaneous request limit.
Wait a few seconds; the dashboard tries again.
“You don’t have permission to add HTML embeds.”
An HTML embed widget.
You can’t edit, and the subscription is stopped
Read-only mode.
The numbers differ between two people
Each person sees with their own permissions.
A dashboard notification link doesn’t open on the phone
The mobile app doesn’t show dashboards.
Open the link in the web app.
