Your subscription: the trial, its states and read-only mode

Each workspace has one subscription, and it goes through states: trial, then active, and it can become past due, canceled or suspended. When it’s past due, you keep full access for a 3-day grace period, then the workspace is read-only until you pay.

The journey

The workspace starts with a 14-day trial. Adding a card extends it to 30 days from sign-up. At the end of the trial, the first subscription payment is charged to the card. Without a card, the subscription becomes past due, and the workspace becomes read-only after a 3-day grace period.

Billing

Plans are priced per member, monthly or yearly. The subscription renews on the same day of the month it started on. In a shorter month, it renews on the last day.

Where to find everything

After 90 days without payment, the workspace is scheduled for permanent deletion. Paying before it’s deleted brings everything back.

Good to know

Prices show on the Billing page and the payment page, and every line of the invoice shows before you pay.
The Enterprise plan has an agreed price, and the Corteksa team sets it up.
The invoice is in the name of the workspace owner.
