Raise one limit without upgrading your plan: an extra monthly WhatsApp session, automation run packs, or AI credit packs. Packs don’t expire at the end of the month.

Steps

Open Settings → Billing, then open Add-ons.

Choose the add-on and the quantity.

Choose Add to plan or Buy, then Confirm.
A monthly add-on works straight away. A pack is charged now, and its credit is added once the payment is confirmed.

Monthly add-ons
You get it straight away, and its price is added to your next renewal, with nothing charged now. On a yearly subscription, it’s charged for the full year. Canceling it takes effect from the next renewal, with no refund.
Packs
A pack is charged straight away. Its credit doesn’t expire at the end of the month, and it’s only used once your plan’s monthly limit runs out.

The situation
The clinic opened a second branch with its own WhatsApp number.
What they did
- The owner bought the +1 WhatsApp session add-on.
- She connected the new branch’s number from Connect a WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code.
The result
Both numbers work at the same time, without upgrading the plan.

Good to know
You can’t buy add-ons during the trial or while the workspace is past due.
Packs can’t be refunded.
