Create your account and sign in

Sign up with your name, email and password, then enter the 4-digit code sent to your email within 3 minutes. You can also sign in with a Google or Apple account.

4 min

Steps

1
Open the Sign in to Corteksa page and choose Sign Up. Or choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple: see Sign in with Google or Apple.
2
Enter your name, your email and a password of at least 8 characters, with at least one letter and one number. Arabic letters are accepted.
3
Enter the 4-digit code sent to your email.
Your account is activated, you get a welcome email, and you’re signed in straight away.
4
Didn’t get the code? Ask for a new one. A new request cancels the previous code.
5
When you sign in later, enter your email and password.
If you have one workspace, you go straight into it. If you have several, Choose a workspace shows so you can pick one.
6
If you signed up before and didn’t confirm your email, a new code is sent to you when you try to sign in.

One account, several workspaces

You have one account across all of Corteksa. You can belong to more than one workspace with the same email and password, and you choose which one to open when you sign in.

A new account comes with its own workspace

Signing up on your own creates a new workspace on a free 14-day trial. See The free trial, and how to extend it to 30 days. If you’ve been invited to an existing workspace, use the invitation link instead of signing up: see Invite a teammate to your workspace by email.

A real example

Namaa Academy
The situation

The director wants to start the trial today, without waiting for anyone.

What they did
  1. She signed up with her work email and entered the code within a minute.
  2. She finished the setup wizard and invited her four salespeople.
The result

She started the trial in under 10 minutes, and each employee signed in from their own invitation link.

A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.

Good to know

The code has 4 digits and is valid for only 3 minutes.
Up to 5 sign-up attempts, 20 sign-in attempts and 3 code resend requests a minute. After that, wait a little.
Password: at least 8 characters, with at least one letter and one number, and up to 72 bytes (about 36 Arabic letters).
The name is required, has up to 255 characters, and can’t be only spaces.
Single sign-on (SAML) is part of the Enterprise plan, which the Corteksa team sets up.
