Set your appearance, home shortcuts and completed tasks
Choose light or dark mode, pin the units you open most to quick access on the home page, and decide whether completed tasks show in your lists.
Steps

Open the account menu at the top of the page, choose Account settings, then the Appearance tab, and choose Light, Dark or System.

On the home page, pin the units you want to Quick Access, and put them in order.

In My Tasks → Settings, turn on Hide completed tasks if you want lists to start with open tasks only.
How it works
Home shortcuts are saved to your account and follow you on any device. If you don’t pin anything, the app chooses the units automatically.
The setting to hide completed tasks only sets the starting point. You can always switch between Open and All in My Tasks.
The appearance setting is usually saved in the browser, so you may need to set it on each device.
Good to know
Up to 20 units pinned to quick access.
A deleted unit disappears from the shortcuts automatically.
