Click any number to see the records behind it
Click a column, a slice, a stage, a row or the number itself, and you go to the list of records with the same conditions the number was calculated with.
Steps
1
Click the point in the widget: a column, a slice, a stage, a row in a leaderboard, or the number in a KPI. Or choose View records from the widget’s ⋯ menu.
2
The records list opens with its filters already set, along with the expected count.
How it works
Widget
What it opens
KPI
All the records behind the number, or the records of one point on the sparkline
Chart
The records of the column, slice or time period
Other
All the categories outside Groups to show (on select fields only)
(No value) / (Unassigned)
Records with an empty field or with no owner
Funnel
The records in the stage and every stage after it
Leaderboard
That owner’s records
Table
View all records
Goal
The records that count toward the goal
Campaign performance
The campaign’s records
Filters = the widget’s filters + the dashboard’s filters + the date range on the base date + the point you clicked. The list applies your permissions too, so you never see more than you’re allowed to.
Not supported in: Conversation, Ratio, Activity (click a line to open its record), Text, Embed, and “Other” on the owner axis.
The expected count may not show if calculating it takes too long. Viewing details counts toward your requests-per-minute limit.
