The Add button doesn’t show
The add permission is denied.
“You don’t have permission to edit/delete/view this record”
The record is outside your access level.
“Record not found”
The record was deleted or moved.
Search for it, or see Save a move setup and track a record’s journey.
“The record has changed since it was read”
A teammate edited it before you.
Reload and try again. Edit a record: inline editing, status rules and save conflicts
“The record can’t move from one stage to the other”
A status transition rule.

“More assignees than allowed”
More than 20 assignees.
Reduce the number. Assign a record to one or more people
The assignee change wasn’t saved
You don’t have the assign permission.
The message “Merged into an existing record” showed
The duplicate rule.
“Nothing to act on.”
The selection is empty.
“You can’t cancel a job started by another user.”
The job belongs to a teammate.
“Progress report expired. Refresh to see the latest state.”
24 hours have passed.
“No select fields available to create a Kanban view”
No field can be used for grouping.
“This view groups by a field that can no longer be used for grouping”
The grouping field changed.
“This view changed in another tab. Reload & reapply?”
A teammate saved the view before you.
“The view settings aren’t valid for this unit”
A condition or sort doesn’t work with the field.
“The primary name field can’t be hidden”
The name column is required.
“The filter has more values than allowed”
More than 100 values in a negative condition.
“Only the filter’s creator can edit it”
The filter belongs to a teammate.
A total shows “timed out”, or “Can’t divide by zero”
The calculation took more than 3 seconds, or a formula divides by a zero value.
Search doesn’t find the record
Permissions, or the value is in a select field.
The task doesn’t show in My Tasks
You’re not its assignee.
The due-date reminder didn’t arrive
The record has no assignee, or the date is empty.
“File size exceeds the allowed limit” in a comment
The image is larger than 5 MB.
“Only the author can edit or delete the comment”
The comment belongs to a teammate.
“Couldn’t link the record” in a comment
The mentioned record isn’t available to you.
“The file is empty or invalid”
The import file is damaged.
Failed rows in an import
Values that don’t match the fields.
Duplicate records after an import
Updating existing records was turned off.
“No data to export”
No records are within your permissions.
“The export file has expired”
60 minutes have passed.
“Required fields must be filled in before moving”
A required field in the target is empty.
“Another user is moving this record right now. Try again in a moment.”
A move is already running.
“The current values aren’t valid for the unit it’s returning to”
A value breaks the original unit’s rules.
