Filter records: every operator for each field type
Build a filter from conditions that are all joined with “and”, or all with “or”. Each field type has its own operators, and some fields take several values in one condition.
Steps
Relative dates
Only three are available: “Today”, “This week” and “This month”. They’re calculated in your time zone, and the week starts on the day the workspace owner chose. See The workspace time zone and start of the week.
Several values in one condition
For status, multi-select, tags and lead form fields, you can choose several values in one condition. “Is any of” and “Contains” match any of the chosen values, and “Does not contain” excludes all of them.
An empty list cancels the condition; it doesn’t mean “nothing”.
The assignee filter
In the filter builder, the “Owner” field matches the primary assignee only, and “Owner’s group” matches the records whose primary assignee is in one of the chosen teams.
A filter narrows what you see, and never widens it beyond your permissions.

The operators in Filter for each field type:
The filter button in a table column’s header can offer more operators for some fields, such as “Is any of” on text and choice fields.
If something goes wrong
A real example
The manager wants the contracts in Riyadh that end this month and haven’t been renewed.
- Conditions: End date This month and Status Is any of “Active, Awaiting renewal”.
- And City Equals Riyadh.
An accurate renewals list that the team follows up every morning.
