Import your data from Excel or CSV
Upload a CSV or Excel file, review the preview, map the columns to fields, then start. The import runs in the background with a progress bar, and you download the failed rows to fix them.
The Import Data button may show a Coming Soon badge on some accounts.

How it works

Shield Security Co.
The situation
3,400 clients in an old Excel file, some of whom were already in Corteksa.
What they did
- They mapped the columns and turned on updating existing records by mobile number.
- They left the assignee column empty so distribution would handle the assigning.
- They fixed 37 failed rows with missing numbers and uploaded them again.
The result
The whole file came in with no duplicates, and the clients were spread across the team automatically.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.
Good to know
Files can be up to 200 MB.
Only the first sheet of an Excel file is read.
The import runs in batches of 2,000 rows.
You can’t cancel an import once it starts.
An import’s results and failed rows are deleted 60 minutes after it finishes.
