A chat on a connected WhatsApp Web session
- You need: The Update permission on the channel (or on the groups row, to send in a group)
- A chat on a connected WhatsApp Web session.
Steps
1
Open the chat, press More message types (the plus button) in the message bar, then Poll.
2
Type the Question, then the Options (2 to 12).
3
Tick Allow multiple answers if more than one answer is allowed.
4
Send it.
The poll shows in the chat, and the counts update with every vote.
How it works
A person’s new vote replaces their previous one, and removing a vote takes it back. An older update doesn’t cancel a newer one.
The poll is credited to the employee who sent it.
A vote on a poll that wasn’t sent or received through Corteksa may not be read.
