Steps

Open the group, and hover over a message you sent.

Choose Message info.
Read by and Delivered to show, with each member and when it happened.
How it works
A status only moves forward, never back, and it updates live as it arrives.
Group notices
Gray lines show in the chat for every change: joined, left, promoted, demoted, name changed, description changed, settings changed. These lines don’t send an alert or run automations.
