Steps
How it works
A change doesn’t rewrite everything: a change request edits only the sections it concerns and leaves the rest as it is.
The fields are real: every field in the design is checked against your unit’s fields. A field that doesn’t exist is removed, with the reason.
Layout check: before showing the design, it prints it and checks for unreadable text (text the same color as the background), empty space and overlapping elements.
Replacement warning: if the design keeps less than half of your page’s words, it warns you that approving will replace the document.
Protection from failure: if the run stops or fails after it starts writing, the document is put back as it was, and the message “The AI stopped before finishing — your document was restored” shows.
Conflict: if someone edits the document after you open the panel, the writing is refused. See Save a template, handle edit conflicts, and delete a template.
Supported document languages: Arabic, English and Turkish. Suggested sizes: A4 portrait, A4 landscape or A4 with narrow margins, Letter, and A5.

The clinic has no designer, and treatment plans are typed in Word.
- The director asked: “A treatment plan for the patient in Arabic, with the procedures, the cost and the doctor’s signature.”
- She answered 2 questions, then approved.
- Then she asked to “Make the logo bigger”, and only the header changed.
