Pin an element in place: stamp, signature, shapes and text box
Put an element in a fixed position on a given page so it doesn’t move with the text, such as the company stamp or the signature box, and draw your signature by hand.

Steps
How it works
A pinned element prints on the page you put it on, on top of the content or behind it.
If the document comes out shorter than the design, Corteksa adds a page to carry the element instead of putting it on top of the text.
An element that reaches the margin prints in it. An element that goes off the paper is brought back onto it.
A drawn signature is saved as a high-resolution image inside the template. A signature box with no drawing prints nothing.
Elements pinned on the closing page move with it to the last page.
A pinned element can be linked to a conditional section, so it disappears with it.
If something goes wrong
A real example
The manager signed every contract by hand, and then it was scanned.
- A signature box pinned at the bottom of the last page, where the manager drew his signature once.
- The stamp image pinned next to it.
Contracts go out signed and stamped, without printing and scanning.
