Steps
Notes
One note per node, and up to 50 sticky notes. They don’t change what the automation does, and they aren’t part of the versions.
Deleting a step deletes its note. Copying carries the notes over.
Write it for me drafts a note in your language from the step’s setup, and it uses your AI balance.
The assistant
It builds the automation on the map step by step, after you approve. You can also open it from Describe it to AI when you choose the trigger or a step.
Before you approve, you can type a change to the plan, or press Decline.
On a live automation, the button reads Approve as a draft: its changes are saved as a draft, and records keep the current version until you publish.
It never publishes or turns anything on. A new automation is created turned off, and publishing is your decision.
It uses your AI balance. See Cortex AI: your complete guide to the assistant.
