Send each run down a path by conditions (if / else)
The “Choose a path” step tests groups of conditions in order. The first group that matches decides the path, and if none matches, the run goes to Everyone else.

Steps
How it works
Paths are tested from top to bottom, and only the “first” path that matches is chosen.
Inside one path, conditions are combined with “and”. To combine with “or”, create two paths that lead to the same step.
To route by a field’s value, create one path for each value. Several paths can lead to the same step.
You can add up to 200 paths, and a run takes only one of them.
The path’s name shows on the map and in the run log: “Took the Riyadh path”.
Conditions read the record as the earlier steps left it.
If you turn off the step, the run takes the Everyone else path without any test.
Every condition and operator is in Conditions: operators, relative dates, messages and language.
If something goes wrong
A real example
Clients from Jeddah and Riyadh need different teams.
- The “Riyadh” path: City equals Riyadh → notify the Riyadh team.
- The “West” path: City equals Jeddah or Makkah → notify the Western team.
- Everyone else → the team for the other cities.
Every client reaches the team for their city.
