Use the assistant on WhatsApp: commands, confirmation, limits
On WhatsApp, the Cortex Unit agent works with your same permissions: ask, update and create tasks. For changes, reply “Yes” or “No”. The context lasts 30 minutes.
This feature may not be turned on for your account yet. Contact support to turn it on.
Steps
1
From your linked number, type your request as text, such as “What are my tasks today?”.
2
For changes, the assistant sends a numbered list of the changes and asks you to confirm.
3
Reply “Yes” or 👍 to go ahead, or “No” or 👎 to cancel.
Confirmation words
To go ahead
To cancel
yes, ok, sure, 👍, ✅, +, and in Arabic نعم، اه، ايوه، تمام، موافق، اكيد
no, cancel, stop, 👎, ❌, -, and in Arabic لا، لأ، الغاء، الغي، خلاص
A short reply it doesn’t understand (4 words or fewer): it asks you again and keeps the confirmation open. Any other message, such as “Yes and add the email”: the confirmation is canceled and your message is treated as a new request.
