The assistant when the workspace is read-only or suspended
If payment is late past the grace period, the assistant stops completely, even for questions. It comes back as soon as you pay, and pending cards stay waiting for confirmation.
How it works

What happens
Read-only mode (late payment)
No questions and no changes. The message “Your subscription is overdue, and the workspace is read-only until you pay” shows
A card that was pending
Nothing in it was done, and you can confirm it after paying
WhatsApp
The assistant doesn’t reply at all
The workspace is suspended
The assistant doesn’t connect. Contact support
Paying lifts the stop right away. Credit packs can’t be bought in read-only mode, so pay first. See Your subscription: the trial, its states and read-only mode.

The situation
Renewing the card was 2 weeks late.
What they did
- The owner updated the card and paid.
The result
The assistant came back right away, and the supervisor confirmed an assignment card that had been pending.
