The confirmation card: when the assistant asks for approval
Reading needs no approval. Every create or edit shows in a card you approve first, and deleting always needs confirmation. The system itself enforces this.
How it works
What the card shows
One line for each change, with a clear description. Approving covers the whole batch exactly as it showed, and nothing that didn’t show is done.
Plans
In the workspace builder, approving the plan covers the whole build. In documents and automations, approving writes only the design shown.
If you decline or ignore it
Declining: nothing is written, and the assistant doesn’t repeat the same change.
If you type a new message instead of answering, the card is canceled. On a plan or design card, your message is read as a change, and the assistant suggests again.
A passing greeting such as “Hi” doesn’t cancel the card.
After it’s done
The assistant reads back what it wrote and checks it. If it doesn’t match, it tells you and doesn’t claim success.
On WhatsApp, you confirm by replying with text. See Use the assistant on WhatsApp: commands, confirmation, limits.
If something goes wrong
A real example
The manager asked to “delete the canceled contracts”, and there were 12 of them.
- The assistant refused before asking, because there were more than 5.
- The manager asked to delete the 5 oldest, a card showed naming them, and he approved.
Only 5 specific contracts were deleted, and he reviewed the rest himself.
