Design a document template with the AI document builder
From inside the Document Generator, ask for “an Arabic invoice with tax” or “a maintenance contract”. It designs the template from the unit’s fields, and the design card itself is the confirmation.

Steps

Open the template in the Document Generator and open the assistant panel.

Type what you want, or answer its questions.

Review the design card.
Lines that were corrected automatically are highlighted.

Choose Approve & write to write it to the template, type a change, or choose Decline.

Add the logo by hand after you approve.
How it works
A field that doesn’t exist is dropped, with the reason, and isn’t left as a blank.
If someone edits the template after you opened it, saving is refused and you’re asked to try again.
If you stop the assistant while it’s writing, the template goes back to how it was.

The situation
They need a formal quote in Arabic.
What they did
- The manager asked: “A quote with the logo at the top, the catalog line items, 15% tax and the client’s signature”.
- He changed it: “Make the table full page width”.
The result
A ready template in minutes, and he added the logo by hand.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.

Up to 20 sections and 120 fields in a document.
Up to 2 rounds of questions, and 2 corrections per request.
One change edits up to 4 sections; more counts as a redesign.
It doesn’t add a logo or an image.
It doesn’t read paper and header changes you make after you approve.
