Link a WhatsApp number to message the assistant
Add your number in Settings, enter the 4-digit verification code, then message the assistant straight from WhatsApp.
This feature may not be turned on for your account yet. Contact support to turn it on.
Steps
1
Open Settings → Cortex Chat AI and choose Link Number.
2
Enter your WhatsApp Number with the country code, such as +966 5x xxx xxxx.
3
Press Send OTP.
A 4-digit code arrives on WhatsApp, valid for 3 minutes.
4
Enter the Verification Code and press Verify.
5
Message the assistant’s number from your linked number.
How it works
One number can be linked to only one account across all of Corteksa.
To unlink it, choose Unlink and confirm. A manager with the permission to edit members can remove a teammate’s numbers when they leave, with Deregister WhatsApp AI in Members, and it applies from the next message.
If the assistant asks you to update the link, unlink your number and link it again.
