Export filtered records through the assistant
Ask “Export the Riyadh contracts that end this month to Excel”. After you approve, the file is prepared in the background and downloads in Corteksa on the web when it’s ready.

Steps

Type the export request with the unit, the filter and the format (Excel by default, or CSV).

Approve the export card.

An “Export started” message shows with the number of records.
The file downloads in Corteksa when it’s ready.
How it works
One unit per export. Without a filter, it exports everything you can see.
The assistant doesn’t give a link, and the file reaches only you.
If you already have an export running for the same unit, a second one doesn’t start.

The situation
The accountant wants only the unpaid contracts.
What they did
- The manager asked: “Export the contracts with the status Unpaid to Excel”.
The result
A file with only the contracts he needed downloaded, which the normal export from the unit doesn’t offer.

Good to know
The file is available for 60 minutes.
It downloads on the web only, not in the mobile app or on WhatsApp.
After you reload the page, the earlier export isn’t followed anymore; export again.
