Ask the assistant about your numbers and request charts
Ask “How many deals did we win this quarter, by consultant, compared with last quarter?”. It calculates, groups and shows the result as cards or a chart.
Steps

Type your question with the unit, the period and the grouping.

Ask for the display you want, if any: “Show it as a bar chart”.

Ask a follow-up question on the same result.
How it works
Calculations: count, sum, average, minimum and maximum.
Grouping by a field, by assignee, or by date: day, week, month, quarter, year. With a comparison to the previous period.
Displays: text, number cards, bar, line, area, pie and donut charts, a gauge, a progress list, a table, a diagram, a comparison and a funnel.
It also shows a unit’s daily activity, your tasks, and the history of any record.

What they did
- He asked: “Number of clients by source, per month, for the last 3 months, as a bar chart”.
The result
It showed that Instagram leads, so he moved the ad budget there.

Good to know
A second grouping goes up to 12 × 12.
Charts work on the web only; on WhatsApp you get text.
It calculates only on what you can see.
