WhatsApp Web’s extras: groups, polls and calls
On WhatsApp Web numbers, you can manage the number’s groups from Cortex Chat, send polls, follow the call log, and reject calls with an automatic reply. Each feature has its own guide.
Groups and call rejection are off by default, and you turn them on for each number separately. Some of these features may not show in every account’s interface yet.

A real example
Basma Clinics
The situation
The clinic runs a group for its doctors and a group for its suppliers, and patients call after hours.
What they did
- They turned on groups for the management number.
- They turned on call rejection for the reception number, with an automatic reply outside business hours.
The result
Everything is now in Cortex Chat, and no caller goes unanswered.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.
