The situation
A short video about the marketing course got lots of comments on TikTok.
What they did
- The owner connected the business account for messages and comments.
- The team now replies publicly from Cortex Chat, and continues in private messages with anyone who messaged.
The result
TikTok is no longer a forgotten channel outside the system.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.
Good to know
Business accounts only.
Sending: images are the only media.
The account is linked to only one workspace.
