Review distribution stats for each employee and each rule
See how many assignments happened in a period, how many were automatic and how many manual, and how they were split across employees and rules.

Steps

Open the Stats tab on the Distribution Engine page.

Choose the Period: the last 7, 30 or 90 days. The default is 30 days.

Compare the numbers with the shares you set.
How it works
Number
What it means
Total Assignments
Every assignment in the period.
Auto Assignments
By the distribution rules.
Manual Overrides
By manual or bulk distribution.
By Member
How many each employee got.
By Rule
How many each rule assigned.
Assignments by the fallback, and clients who matched no rule, don’t show in the stats. To find clients with no owner, filter the table on “Assignee is empty”.
A deleted employee or rule shows under the name recorded at the time of the assignment.

The situation
An employee complains that he gets fewer clients.
What they did
- They opened the stats for 30 days.
The result
It turned out he was outside working hours on Sundays because of the default days, so they corrected them.

Good to know
The period is the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Up to 20,000 assignments are read in the period.
