Measure each campaign: clients, qualified, won and revenue
Add the “Campaign performance” widget to a dashboard to see, for each campaign, the number of clients, qualified and won, the win rate and the revenue. Or install the ready-made marketing template.
A stage field (select or status), and an amount field if you want revenue.
Steps
1
Open a dashboard and add the Campaign performance widget, or install the “Marketing — Campaign performance” template.
2
Choose the unit, then the Campaign field: the campaign, the ad set or the ad.
3
Choose the stage field, then the Qualified stages and the Won stages.
4
Choose the Revenue field if you want revenue, and how many rows to show.
5
Save.
A row for each campaign, an “Other” row for everything past the number you set, and a “No value” row for clients who didn’t come from an ad.
How it works
Column
What it means
Leads
Every client from the campaign.
Qualified
In a qualified or won stage right now.
Won
In a won stage right now.
Win rate
Won ÷ leads.
Revenue
The total amount for the won clients.
If you don’t choose qualified or won stages, “—“ shows instead of the number. The ready-made template installs without stages, so choose them after installing it.
Press any row to open the campaign’s clients. Your permissions on records apply to the numbers.
Values your system sends through the API for other platforms don’t show in this widget; use a regular chart grouped by the campaign field.

A large “No value” row
Clients who didn’t come from an ad, or came before ad attribution was turned on.
This is normal. Older records aren’t filled in after the fact.
A real example
Namaa Academy
The situation
They spend on 6 campaigns and don’t know which ones bring enrollments.
What they did
They installed the template, chose “Qualified” and “Enrolled” as the stages, and the fees field for revenue.
The result
Two campaigns bring 70% of the revenue; they stopped 3 campaigns.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.
