Track form submissions and see why one failed
Every form submission shows as an “entry” in Lead Entries, with its status, the client’s answers, what was written in each field, and the reason if it failed.

Steps
1
Open Settings → Lead Ads and press Lead Entries.
A panel opens with the submissions, 20 to a page.
2
Read each entry’s Status, Form and Unit. Submitted Data shows the client’s answers as they arrived, and Mapped Data what was written in each field.
3
For a failed entry, read the reason in the Error column, then fix the cause (the field mapping, the field type, the connection).
The next submissions are processed with the fix.
4
To keep the client from a failed entry, add their record by hand from the answers in Submitted Data.
How it works
The system tries on its own up to 5 times, with growing gaps, before the entry stays at “Failed”. The Retries column shows how many tries were made.
If the platform sends the same submission twice, no second entry is created.

The situation
The manager noticed that requests for the Khobar branch weren’t showing.
What they did
- She opened Lead Entries and read in the Error column that the branch field was a number while the answer was text.
- She changed the matching to a select field, then added the seven failed requests by hand from their submitted data.
The result
The next requests showed up as records within seconds, and were distributed to the front-desk staff.
A made-up company, to show the idea. The numbers are rounded.
Good to know
Up to 5 automatic tries for each entry.
20 entries per page.
