Install ready-made units from the template catalog
A template is a ready-made package of units, fields and relations, prepared by the Corteksa team. Installing it adds what you’re missing without touching your current units.

The permission to create units
- You need: The permission to create units
Steps
1
In the sidebar, next to Units, press Add New Unit (+).
2
Choose From a complete system template and browse the published templates.
3
Press Use on the template you want.
Its units, fields and relations are created in your workspace, and you see how many were created and how many were skipped.
How installing works
- A unit whose name already exists in your workspace is skipped: it isn’t merged or replaced.
- The default fields (Name, Status, Description, Tag) aren’t created twice.
- If one field or relation fails, the rest of the install carries on.
- The new units are ready to use straight away.
A template doesn’t reapply custom options, such as status options, to a unit that already exists.
Where do templates come from?
The Corteksa team prepares them and publishes them in a shared catalog. A workspace you built with the assistant can be shared as a template, and the team reviews it before publishing it.
