Organize email: folders, stars, archive, tags and deleting
Mark emails as read, star them, archive them and tag them. The changes show in your original mailbox too.

- You need: The Edit permission on the provider, and Delete to delete
Steps
How it works
Tags: the same workspace tags used in records and chats. Each mailbox has two options: sync both ways with the mailbox (the default), so the tag shows as a label in Gmail or a keyword in IMAP; or keep tags inside Corteksa only.
When syncing is on, all of the workspace’s tags are created in the mailbox in the background. Switching to CRM only doesn’t touch the existing labels.
Labels you add in Gmail are imported. System labels, such as Inbox and Sent, aren’t imported as tags.
Archiving and unarchiving don’t duplicate the email, even if you move it from another email app.
There are no Trash or Spam folders in Corteksa.
If something goes wrong
A real example
The coordinator wants to know which companies agreed to sponsor.
- She put an “Approved” tag on the approval emails.
- The tag also showed as a label in Gmail.
She finds the approvals from Corteksa or from Gmail.
