How do I get started with the Corteksa app?

Download Corteksa from the App Store, open the app, and sign in with your existing Corteksa account. If your organization hasn't invited you yet, ask your workspace administrator to add you, or start a free trial at corteksa.com. Once signed in you'll land in your workspace with your records, deals, and conversations ready to go.

I can't sign in or I forgot my password. What do I do?

Every Corteksa account signs in through corteksa.com/login. If you forgot your password, tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link by email. If you still can't get in, make sure you're using the same email your workspace was created with, then contact support@corteksa.com and we'll help you recover access.

Question 3

How are subscriptions and billing handled?

Plans purchased through the App Store are billed and managed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Corteksa. Workspace and enterprise plans purchased directly are billed through corteksa.com — reach billing questions to support@corteksa.com.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request deletion of your Corteksa account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@corteksa.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and permanently remove your personal data, subject to any records we are legally required to retain. Workspace owners can also manage member removal from workspace settings on the web.

How is my data protected?

Corteksa uses multi-tenant data isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access control so each workspace's data stays private to that workspace. We do not sell personal data. For full details see our Privacy Policy, which is written to satisfy GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the Saudi PDPL, and the Apple App Store's privacy requirements.

The app is crashing or not working correctly. How do I report it?

Accepted Answer

First, make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store and try restarting the app. If the problem continues, email support@corteksa.com with your device model, iOS version, and a short description or screenshot of what happened. Detailed reports help us reproduce and fix issues quickly — we respond to most support requests within two business days.
